SH. VIVEK PLAWAT is a textile graduate having industry experience of more than 25 years in best of the textile groups like Dinesh Mills, LNJ Group, Arvind Mills, Welspun India, at key positions. Has provided leadership to position the companies at the forefront of the industry. Developed strategic plans to promote revenue, profitability and growth of organizations. Overseen company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. He has knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management. Skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Has ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Has ample knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. He currently heads the Projects, Budget, IT and Energy Conservation divisions of NTC. He has published a couple of books, is member of NITRA council of administration and many other professional bodies.

SH. PANKAJ AGARWAL is having Masters Degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, recognized by University Grants commission. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI), New Delhi and having a post qualification experience of 30 years out of total experience of 33 years in the field. Apart from handling very important positions/tasks in the past, presently he is also the Estate Officer under the Public Premises (Eviction of unauthorized Occupants) Act 1971. Shri Pankaj Agarwal is working in this organization since 2001.

SH. MANOJ KUMAR K. G. holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Textile Technology and has 30 years of rich experience of working in reputed spinning industries in India, abroad, in private sector companies in various departments of production, maintenance, planning & control, quality assurance and training on a large scale. At present working as Chief General Manager, Task Force (TDR & Chawl Redevelopment) in NTC WRO Mumbai.

SH. VIKAS AGGARWAL is a B.Com from Delhi University and PGDBA from Lal Bahadur Institute of Management , New Delhi. He is heading the retail operations in NTCL since 2012 and currently as General Manager. Prior to joining NTCL he has rich industry experience of working in renowned brands like Buddy Davis, Voi, Givo and Coupons.

SH. S. VENKATESH is a B.Tech & MBA graduate having 27 years of industrial experience. He has worked with leading Textile industries in the managerial capacity at M/s.KLRF, Textool Textile division, T.T Ltd.(EOU) & Rani laxmi Spg & Wvg mills. He is working in this organization since 2010. Currently he is General Manager and Officer In-Charge of SRO.

SH. S. S. VASAN, Diploma in Textile Technology, having 31 years of Industrial experience. He has worked with leading corporate textile industries in the managerial capacity at M/s. Premier, K.P.R and Adwaith Textiles (Unit of SSIL). He is working in the organization since 2012 and currently he is heading as GM (Marketing) in WRO.

SH. G. CHANDRAMOULI is Post Graduate professional in Textile Technology and Business Administration. He carries nearly 35 years of experience in Textile Industry in the domains of Production Planning, Operations, Quality and Marketing. He has worked with many Textile Mills, Corporate Groups and textile engineering companies. He is a lead auditor in ISO Systems. He has also presented technical papers in conferences and popular journals also. At present he is working as General Manager (Legal) at WRO.

SH. P. KUNGUMARAJU is a textile engineer having an experience of nearly 35 years in spinning industry. He has been worked with the leading working Textile Spinning mills with viz., Bannari Amman Group., LMW group, Ramani textile Mills, Coimbatore and also with Kwality textiles Malaysia in the areas of project planning, implementation, erection and maintenance, Production, quality control, etc. Joined to NTC in 2010 and worked with Alagappa Textile mills Kerala. Cambodia mills Coimbatore, Sri Rangavilas GS &W Mills, Pankaja Mills, Coimbatore and with Southern regional office as Officer Incharge. He is presently working as General Manager / Office in-charge in NTC WRO.

SH. K. BALASUBRAMANIAN B.Tech (Textile Technology); has acquired immense experience for nearly three decades in the areas of consultancy, erection, and marketing. He handled many projects and gained good exposure in Spinning. Highly proficient in comber erection. He is specialized in spinning machineries conversion, modernization and technical up gradation. He joined NTC in the year 2010 at New Minerva Mill, Hassan and presently working as a General Manager, Cambodia Mills.

SH. SANDEEP KUMAR SHARMA is a Textile Professional (B.Tech & MBA Finance) with 31 years of useful, enriched and comprehensive industrial experience in successful leading groups like Vardhman and Rana at key positions. He believes in developing long term Sustainable Relationship, Comprehensive Exposure in all business disciplines. He has worked on Strategic Planning, Team Management, Cost Reduction, Business Improvement and Management Schemes like Quality Circle, TQM, 5’S, TPM, ERP. He has joined NTC in Nov 2015 as General Manager Finlay Mills, Achalpur. At present he is working as General Manager (Tech) in Burhanpur Tapti Mill with additional charge of GM In-Charge, NTC sub office, Indore.

SH. M. P. SIVASAMRAJ, M.Tech (Textiles) having 27 years of textile industry experience. He has worked in leading Textile Industries in the managerial capacity in KG Group of mills, Kothari textiles, Mahaveer’s group and MRINALSPINNING MILLS RAKSHA ENTRIPRIESE. He is working in the organisation since 2012 and he has worked in Kaleshwarer B Mill, Kalayarkoil up to 17th march 2016 as General Manager I/C after that he worked as General Manager in SRI RANGAVILAS Ginning Spinning & Weaving MILLS, COIMABTORE – 641004, after that he worked as General Manager in Cannanoor Spinning & Weaving Mills, Kakkad, Kerala. Now, presently he is working as General Manager – Pioneer Spinners, Kamudakudi, Paramakudi.

SH. K. CHANDHRAN holds a Diploma in Textile technology and having 32 years rich working experience in leading spinning mills groups like Kwality spinning mills group, Sangeeth group of mills. He is well known for his transformative and people -centric  leadership style, which energises entire teams to perform and deliver results through positive engagement and a  shared vision. He is working in this organisation since 2010 and now working as GENERAL MANAGER at Alagappa Textiles, Trichur, Kerala.

SH. R. SEENIVASAGAM , Diploma in Textile Technology,B.Sc.CDF having 25 years of Industrial experience. He has worked with leading corporate textile industries in the managerial capacity at M/s. Thiyagarajar Group and M/S. K G Denim Limited (Unit of KG).He gained good exposure in Weaving particularly highly proficient in Airjet Looms. He is working with the organisation since 2012. Currently he is working in New Minerva Mills as General Manager.

SH. L. MURUGAN, a diploma in Textile Technology also holds the Graduate in Business Administration. He has over 28 years of rich experience from the reputed and leading spinning industries 100% EOU’s in India & Abroad. He is well experienced in making superior quality of compact yarns. At present, he is working as General Manager (Asset Management) and holding additional charge of General Manager (Estates) in NTC SRO, Coimbatore.

SH. DINESH KUMAR NASA is qualified as a B.Tech. in Textile Technology and Post Graduation Diploma in Operating Management from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai having 32 years of rich experience in private and public sector of textile industry-Spinning and Composite units of various mills like Indorama Synthetics, MISL(EOU), Modern Group, SRSL/SRTL, Pasupati Mills, Reliance Industries Limited, N.T.C. He joined NTC in 2010 as a DGM(Tech) in Tata Mills and subsequently became GM having additional charge of Finlay/Digvijay Mills, Mumbai. He has vast experience in various departments i.e Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Maintenance, Administration, Customer relations, Purchases, Industrial Relation, Modernization, Finance etc. He is very keen in cost reduction & energy conservation by application of various strategy, tools and techniques/methods. Presently he is working as General Manager (Technical & Material) in WRO and also handling the additional charge of General Manager (Technical)- Indu Mill No -5.

Sh. B. RAMESH is a B.Tech Textile Graduate in Textile Technology, having around 30 years of industrial experience. He has worked with leading corporate textile industries viz Karthikeya Spinning & Weaving Mills, Coimbatore, Prime Textiles Limited, Tirupur and Premier Mills Limited, Udumalpet. He is working in this organization since 2010 and now heading Tirupathi Cotton Mills as General Manager.

Sh. Amit Kr Singh is a qualified Textile Engineer having an rich experience of nearly 19 years in industry at various levels. He has worked in the leading Textile MNCs like Nahar, CLC, Guetermann, Trident . Firmly believes Adding Value to your Product makes you Sustain and Grow. He is working in the organisation since 2013 and his first posting was at Rajnagar Textile Mill Ahemdabad as General Manager I/C. Presently working as General Manager at Finlay Mill, Achalpur.

SH. Suresan Kaiprath is a Diploma holder in textile technology from technical Board of Kerala govt having 33 years of industrial experience in the field of Spinning and weaving. He has worked with leading Textile industries in the managerial capacity. He is working in this organization since 2011 and now heading Rajnagar Textile Mill, Ahmedabad since 2017 as General Manager.
